Actually, hindustani was a blend of hindi and urdu ( a beautiful language) but people just saw it as hindi by using Hindustani language, it was trying to do so for bringing the unity and ease of the rule but it converted into controversy so it was just accepted as the official language along with English to maintain the peace and unity among people and of whole country.
